Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
Ordering & Lead Times
All orders require a minimum of 3 days' advance notice. For large events, weddings, or corporate requests, please contact us at least 1 week in advance.
Your card will be authorised at the time of booking but will not be charged until your order is confirmed by our team.
Design Policy
We operate on a "blind box" design model. You select the size and colour palette, and our florists use the freshest stems available on the day to create a bespoke arrangement.
Reference images are for inspiration only and cannot be 100% replicated. Our bakers and florists will take your requirements into consideration, but designs may vary due to material availability, ingredient supply, and design coordination.
Cakes and floral arrangements cannot be modified after completion.
Refund Policy
Once an order is accepted by our team, it is non-refundable. This applies to all products including cakes, bouquets, signature sets, and specialty items.
If you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact us at least 48 hours before your booked slot.
Delivery Zones & Fees
S1–S2 (City Centre): £2 weekday | £5 weekend
S3–S5: £5 weekday | £8 weekend
S6–S9: £8 weekday | £11 weekend
S10–S13: £10 weekday | £13 weekend
S14–S17: £12 weekday | £15 weekend
S18–S20: £14 weekday | £17 weekend
Weekend surcharge: +£3 on all zones (Saturday and Sunday deliveries).
Outside these zones: Please contact us to discuss delivery to other South Yorkshire areas.
Delivery Time Slots
Mon–Fri Morning: 9:00–10:00am
Mon–Fri Afternoon: 2:00–3:30pm
Sat/Sun Evening: 7:00–8:00pm
You will be notified 30 minutes before arrival.
Restaurant delivery is available for S1–S2 postcodes only, between 3:00–6:00pm. Please provide the restaurant name and reservation details at checkout. Weekday £2, weekend £5.
Self-pickup is available from Rotherham (S61) at no charge. Please get in touch after your order to arrange a collection time.

One candle is included free with every cake order.
